Mother Letters Releases Today: Share the Mess and the Glory

Today, I would like to humbly send you over to a guest post I’ve written at A Holy Experience for Ann Voskamp. That my words are in her space is utterly humbling.

Then? Could you get up and do some cartwheels with me?!!!

Your post at Ann's is beautiful. So so very. Thanks for putting words on how I have and do find myself thinking, feeling, believing. But oh how encouraging you frame it all. Congrats and God Bless this book and your ministry.

I read your post over at A Holy Experience and you have encapsulated my everyday - how did you do that? You are a mom, just like me, trying to capture the Glory of the One we follow through the mundane of the everyday. Bless you!

So, so great! Any plans in the making for it to be available in print? My fingers and nose want to participate in taking in those beautiful words.

dear amber, can i just tell you that you love poem on ann's site (a beautiful piece of creation to which a dear friend sent me, thinking we would be kindred spirits) is one of the most beautiful pieces of writing i have read. tears poured as i read it. i feel the same as you, but i have never put it into quite such beautiful prayer or words. i had to say thank you. i have never gotten an ebook, but you might be the first. bless you.

First, congratulations and celebrating with you for God's provisions...
I found you through Ann's (Voskamp's) site, actually her yesterday linking to you.

I am hungry to "burst", as the Jack Kerouac quote expresses in the quote at the bottom of your blog...

Please know, if there should ever be a time when you might feel as if words are not truly heard, be assured that God knows how to direct a hungry heart to hear what you have to say, what He is working in and revealing to you. In praise, encouragement, need, or wherever paths lead, thank you for sharing. Your post of yesterday was especially needful.

Tangent... your family is beautiful. your boys... truly handsome. I have four boys (three first kids are boys, and last) and my fourth is a girl... Be blessed in your journeying to raise your boys to be men of honor and integrity... Quite a task, but He knew the blessing would be just right for us as we lean on Him.

Thank you again.

I am hungry to write well, artfully, worshipfully, and so recently I went on a quest to read more bloggers who write in the way I aspire to. I found you and have so enjoyed following you the past couple of weeks. You have a gift. That you were featured on a blog the level of Ann Voskamp's is no surprise to me. :)

Thanks for being an inspiration to me to continue learning my art, and to worship the Creator more than my menial creations.
