Love the Bookstore? I’ve Got Something For You.

ErinandBook2

This is my little sister, Erin – the absolute most beautiful human on planet earth. I don’t keep searching for a heart of gold because of her. She and my daddy both texted me photos with my book at the New Release table in Barnes and Noble, and both times it made me cry that they love me like that.

I have been so grateful to see Wild in the Hollow on those tables that I wanted somehow to honor both Barnes and Noble and you who love to wander bookstore isles. Now the good folks at Revell Publishing Group are offering 3 amazing gifts to those of you who do exactly that!

You can win one of two $50 B&N Gift Cards

or

one Nook GlowLight!

For a chance to win:

1. Take yourself a trip to Barnes and Noble and find that New Release table right up front.

2. Whip out your phone and snap a pic of Wild in the Hollow.

{You get bonus points in my heart if you take a selfie with it – double bonus heart points for walking up to a stranger and telling her to buy it.}

3. Make sure to use two hashtags: #WildintheHollow and #BarnesandNoble. You can also tag @AmberCHaines and @BarnesandNoble.

On August 18th, I’ll announce our three winners! Also here’s the deal, my readership here is small. I know most of you. Don’t do the thing where you think this doesn’t apply to you. Hey out there, dear friends, cousins, third-cousins thrice removed, let me give you the chance to have more and more words. It thrills me! Thank you for engaging the world with me this way and for holding my words in your hands. What would you even do with a gift card?

PS: Don’t forget OUR BOOK CLUB IS COMING SOON!
PPS: I promise I’m going to move on to real talk soon. I guess this is still a bit of a celebration season. You should see how many cookies are in this house.

Just finished your book, Amber! Couldn't wait to read it and it didn't disappoint. Loved the stories and style. Thank you for putting yourself in there for us.

I love where I live, but sadly it doesn't have a Barnes and Noble. The closest one is an hour away... Sad times! We only JUST got a Starbucks to open up over here.

But whenever I'm inside a B&N next, I'll take a picture and encourage everyone around me to grab a copy also. I've already been telling people in my circle of life to grab one.

BOOK CLUB?! I emailed you (hmm... a week or so ago?) about how my sisters-in-law and mother-in-law and I are doing a book club soon, and I suggested Wild in the Hollow. My one sister-in-law couldn't wait and is now borrowing my copy. She brought it with her while camping. She's loving every bit of it, like I loved every bit of it too.

Happy belated birthday, by the way! Today is my birthday. I love August birthdays. Speaking of which, that sister-in-law I just mentioned has a birthday exactly a week from today. August babies are the best babies. They also remain as babies.

Congratulations over and over again on Wild in the Hollow. It's shedding light into dark places for so many people. You've given us all a gift. Thank you!
