dirt
Okay, so I just wrote a post that I had to delete. I bet you wish you had have read it in that 5 minutes it was up, huh? Apparently, I have been using a term very liberally that means something horrible. My husband almost came through the telephone. I feel like dirt. I’ll work on making it less offensive and post it later.
So, in that post I said that I would put up an old safety poem because all my poetry seems depressing, and I just can’t find the slot in my schedule for any more of that.
Here’s my safety. If you know me, it’s my one decent Jesus poem, and I really want them all to be Jesus poems or at least with some glimpse of redemption, and I’m going to work hard for that. Its just going to take some time. If you’ve heard or read it before, just go on and don’t make fun of me for loving it how I do. I feel like God gave it to me. It’s kind of sexy, by the way, so hold on to your horses.

March 5, 2008Um, you know that funny word I called the strange people? A word that kind of means queer? Well, I meant strange, not, well, queer. And for those of you that didn't read it, the word was not queer. Am I that big of a ditz?

March 6, 2008Sorry, Charlax. I was rude. Your blog didn't make a link to click on your poem. I've read it now, and I have to acknowledge the wiff of Canterbury Tales I get.
By the way, I may be wrong, but you might have called me a hoe. Do you know what means? Anyway, I prefer names like Amber or friend or fine poetess. Cool?
