a million and one things to say

but I can only give you this:how-to-acheive-more-closet-spaceI know it’s a blurry picture, but this is just to remind you, in case you weren’t already completely aware, that when your children are quiet and happy and all simple giggles in their little fleshy natures, please get up off your rear, stop the amazing conversation and the nibbling on mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, and quickly put on your snarly MAMA FACE. They can find and destroy polyester stuffing, cardboard, and styrofoam in the least expected ways. They can empty three closets into your baby’s crib. They can look all innocent and even stand beneath you giggling about what you don’t know. Don’t be the dumb Mama that brags on how sweet they’re being. You can’t afford much at this point – not to mention the benefit of the doubt.

Please link here in the comments to your funny posts or pictures for the week, and if you want, you can use my sweet  little button code in the sidebar and link back this direction. Let’s give each other a laugh.

Oh, I am so sorry... WOW. Good way to reorganize what you've been putting off, eh? Mine isn't that adept - yet. I can just wait until number two comes and she has a partner for her crimes...

Sometimes I choose to ignore the silence because I'm willing to take the trade-off of disaster undiscovered in exchange for a few minutes of blissful quiet ignorance. However, in your case, I think you got bad deal that day.

I don't have any blog worthy Friday funnies, but how bout a twitter status?

Sigh. It's the blogging mantra...don't get mad...get the camera. You chose well, my friend. :-)

I don't have any brand new funnies to share, but one of my old Friday Funny posts is going up at www.5minutesforparenting.com today. Or here's a newer funny: http://mainelymyles.blogspot.com/2009/06/so-darlin-save-last-flush-for-me.html

I am linking my post on our new game, Balls in the Circle. The whole post isn't funny, but the photo at the bottom makes me laugh out loud every time I see it. I stood in front of the tv to get a picture of my daughter, and her face speaks volumes of disgust.

One good thought. At least they didn't empty 3 closets into the toilet... :D

Reply June 21, 2009

I don't see the big deal. That's the way that room always looks.
