I have kept a journal since third grade. In that journal I bragged about dating a boy named Beau
and claimed he had a mustache.
I have a degree and a half in Poetry.
This is not poetry,
but I do believe we’re surrounded
by invisible things.
I should be dead, but God.
If you would like a daily dose of what I’ve been chewing on, please do sign up. I’ll feed you anything I think worth dishing out and then some.
Also, I enjoy a tweet or two. Follow me, and I’ll keep you riveted with things like, “Hey everybody! I just wrote a blog post!” or “I just ate a whole pizza!” or “Look at this pic of my textured wall. Is that Michael Gorbechaf?”

So what is it that stands out the most to you when you visit a blog
What stands out first to me? The layout. If it's too cluttered or dark, or if the HTML is a wreck, I don't usually come back. Your header and layout caught my eye the first time I visited here from Emily's blog, and I wanted to come back. I'm so glad I did! I am in love with your writing!
Thanks for stopping by for BlogHop'09, I appreciate the comment.
I read your post about you little one turning three--I miss those days! My baby will be twenty-two next week. No way he (or I!) should be that age already. Don't feel badly for wanting to hold on to their baby-ness as long as you can--the days of childhood are fleeting!
Hi there - wandered over from BlogHop! :) I agree with Kelly; how easy or difficult a blog is to read and/or navigate is the first thing that usually hits me, unless I was there to read something specific, and then I tend to notice that second.
The writing-- it's all about the writing. Except, if the background is black and the writing is white, the writing has to be at least 3x as good, or I won't stay.
So wonderful to meet you through the bloghop!! I'm having fun roaming your site...but I had to make myself stop and come to comment before I totally forgot (I am absent minded like that :D) I birthed 2 girls in 2 years (literally 1 year and 2 days apart) so I can't imagine the pain you had having 3 in a row (2 was torture on my body)!! Adding you to my daily list and heading out to peruse your blog further now!
