So much of our lives are spent in delight, the running around the side of the house to see the whole rainbow, watching ourselves in the mirror as we recollect and recite a good come-back, holding other bodies close as morality or comfort allows.

Hi Amber, Just wanted to tell you how often I have thought of this since reading it last week. Last night I watched the way "the pink lays upon our houses" and was brimming with thankfulness for His mercy. Thanks for putting this into words that I can hold onto!
